The challenge
Their existing storefront was slow, hard to update, and leaked sales at checkout. Product photography and page structure didn’t do the apparel justice, and there was no post-purchase follow-up.
What we did
We migrated them to a custom Shopify theme designed around their coastal aesthetic, streamlined the checkout, and set up automated email flows for abandoned carts and post-purchase. Then we ran a continuous CRO program.
The results
Revenue per visitor rose 47%, checkout completion improved sharply, and automated email began driving a meaningful share of monthly revenue on autopilot.
